After college, Howard Howard Lederer moved to New York to satisfy his passion for chess. He was in the back room of a chess club when he discovered poker - immediately became addicted. For the next two years, played poker without stopping, reaching to accumulate 70-80 hours of poker a week .Returning home broke in about new series of 10. Although Howard plays a more limited schedule of tournaments these days, its still loves to compete - and win competition. In December 2007, he made the final table of the prestigious televised Poker Millions in London. Shortly thereafter, in January 2008 when he won $ 1.25 million, the biggest prize of his career after winning the tournament buy-in $ 100,000 from the Aussie Millions. In June 2008, Howard has posted two top 10 finishes in the World Series of Poker, earning sixth place in Event Limit / No-Limit Hold 'em $ 5,000 buy-in and the ninth in event's 7-Card Stud Hi / Lo $ 5,000 buy-in World Championship. Howard Lederer considers poker as an art, like archery and sword handling.
