Over the years, the music scene on the Balearic island of Mallorca (also known as Majorca) has become legendary. Smooth Jazz Festival Mallorca’s Smooth Jazz event is the only one of its kind on any European Mediterranean coastline. Set in the five-star Protur Biomar Gran Hotel and Spa, this is a festival for those who enjoy the finer things in life. The hotel, which boasts landscaped gardens as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, is just300 metres from the beach right in the Punta de n’Amer Natural Park. The audience, which spans three generations, have come to relax and enjoy the wonderful sound of artists such as Tom Braxton, Phil Denny, Larry Braggs, and others. This is the ideal festival for those looking for good music, good weather, and good food.
