Clairiere des Condus This trail leads you to some stunning views of the dam. True, you’ll have to climb some rocky formations and cross a couple of streams but the journey is worth every step. Make sure to keep any canine companions on a tight leash on this path as this is many a sheep’s preferred grazing area. Safety The high altitude of these trails necessitates that a number of safety precautions be observed by tourists. The appearance of one kind of weather, whether good or bad, at any given moment should not fool you into thinking it is going to last. You’d better always check the forecast before setting off anywhere. The steep and often rocky terrain you may need to traverse requires reliable footwear, ideally with a thick but flexible sole. Most trails are clearly marked and tourists are strongly advised not to improvise off track, since finding your way back may prove surprisingly hard.
