When it comes to social media marketing campaigns, most businesses aren't maximising opportunities. Giant American technology company Symantec has estimated that a single mistake on social media costs companies an average of $4.3 million in sales. At the same time, the importance of social media to business marketing efforts has grown dramatically. Jobs that require social media skills have increased 89% over the last two years and everyone from company CEOs, agencies and people on the ground are involved in creating meaningful and reactive social content.
