A lot of companies are offering large format printing for signs, posters, or banners. It’s hard to pick the right one if you don’t really know what you want in the first place. The best thing you can do though is to research for shops using certain printers that make 36x42 inches, or the like, sign dimension.
Digital Printers Back Then
If you do your research, you’d get to learn the pros and the cons about certain types of printers by inquiring to people who operate them on a regular basis. I remember when I started my sign printing business, a rep sold us a software which could design signs which the rep was aware that would go out of business. Back then, it was known that newer and better software was introduced to the market, and we ended up buying the software six months late. $K was lost. Ouch!
However, since we were accustomed to doing an interview of companies that provide out machines, we were able to avoid much trouble. And then when digital printers were out in early of 2000, we immediately bought one. It was a water-based ink that can print with good quality, but you had to laminate the printed item if you don’t want the inks to get washed off by water or any sort of liquid.
And then years later, we got a newer printer, which I actually did regret because the bugs haven’t been worked out. The producer sent another printer as a replacement after the first out messed up and wasted thousands of money, materials, time and effort. The newly sent worked better and lasted for quite awhile.
The Actually was the Difference
What I didn’t like was the customer service of that company. I won’t bother get another product from them. It’s not because of the product I’ve received but because of the poor treatment we got. If are Reselling
On the other hand, if you want to resell printed displays, you have to find a trusted manufacturer. The thing is that you might find a seller great at first or second glace, but once you get the printer, you might be surprised at zero response of your calls and emails. I would advise for you to research online on consumer watchdog sites or directly on the BBB (better business bureau). You may find less information about companies on such sites since it is not that common for people to search for wide format printers.
You’ll be ahead of the game if you are able to get good suggestions for a company that markets printers. Yet, please not that with any printing equipment, you are going to expend materials, time, and effort to be able to know how to operate the printer.
