Les Menuires, situated in the world’s largest ski area, the 3 Valleys, is a resort renowned for its ski slopes and winter sports. Ski Lifts will be open for both ramblers and mountain bikers (and their bikes) on alternating days at Les Menuires and nearby Saint Martin de Belleville, so you can easily get to all the best areas to begin your adventure. There are also a few special attractions including the Belleville Motor Car Rally, a gala mountain bike race for two people teams; World Cup Biking Trial where 120 international competitors try their skills over an obstacle course; the 4th Belleville Mountain Bike Endurance race through the Belleville Valley; and let’s not forget Bastille Day on the 14th of July where you’ll enjoy a massive fireworks display and a party that carries on until the wee small hours of the morning!
