The answer in short is: Yes! There has been ongoing research in the past and is still continuing. Almost every week or month there is new evidence found of benefits in natural foods and health issues.

With the right choices of food you can slow down that clock, become healthier plus adding on years to your life. Yes, changes are necessary; any change is unsettling even when the changes are for the better.

We need to come out of the dark ages of drug medicine, all its side effects and illnesses. Our body wasn't made for drugs and artificial medicine, our body is a product of nature. For a healthy and long life it functions best with nature's products and natural food.

Make your changes become a habit!

The first step is to look at your own health situation. There are those elusive strategies you may have used to improve your health such as pharmaceutical drugs or some different supplements and nothing really worked. Do you know that you can take control of your own health; that you can reach the goal you want to reach?

When you start making changes to replace bad food for good food, no matter how small the changes are at the beginning. This should become a habit and is easy to continue and ongoing and as well to improve over time.
