Relics in Duong Lam village There is a very famous pagoda: Mia pagoda. If you visit the pagoda, you will be surprised with so many statues created by the skillful hands of the artisans and artists. The other famous relics here are Mong Phu communal house, a building which is rich in the cultural features of the Northern countryside; Giang Van Minh worship-house right in the village; following the road which lies on the left of the communal house about 1km, you will reach Phung Hung temple and Ngo Quyen temple. Phung Hung temple has just been restored and it lies on a high ground with many trees around. Ngo Quyen temple is 500m from Phung Hung, the temple is very large and has a straight view to a nice field. Duong Lam is just a village but it has so many places to visit. Therefore, you can rent a bicycle to ride through many roads leading to the nice places. You can rent bicycles at Mr. Huyen house (the most ancient and beautiful house in Duong Lam). A lunch at the ancient village is always ready for the guests with a variety of dishes like rice, noodles, rolls, can enjoy some more buds Phu Nhi – a specialty of Son Tay. A meal here is simple with rustic rural dishes such as boiled chicken, boiled spinach with soy sauce, stewed pork with caramel, jute vegetable with crab soup, egg plant... which bring idyllic, warm feeling.
