Food Is The Biggest Weapon To Fight Diabetes And Illness!

Health
In fighting any illness food is the most natural, safest, most effective weapon without any side effects.

Diets of all sorts: We only need one diet as long as it is a good one, don't we? Yes and no! As there is no magic pill for sickness, there is also no magic diet. This is often a frightening subject for people when considering selecting a diet, and yet it's not as hard as some think it is. Not every diet is equal nor can or should it be. This is precisely why certain diets are necessary to treat different illnesses: For instance to target lowering blood pressure, or diabetes, to boost your energy level, to lower inflammation, or to combat arthritis etc. Having an effective diet to improve or avoid illness it is necessary to choose certain foods or larger amounts of it to include in your diet.

It's not always straight forward!

This can often add up to a mix of conflicting and confusing signals. In other words: One diet does not suit everyone to get the best health benefits. As an example let's look at a diet required to prevent or improve diabetes. Type 2 diabetes and other insulin-related health disasters are a big global health epidemic today. What we eat and the food we choose is the most important factor in preventing diabetes. Being on a diet full of refined carbohydrates, empty calories and quickly absorbed sugary foods, the cells become resistant to the effect of insulin. Let's say there are two types of genes, one gene that creates and support diabetes, the other gene that leads to health. Using food as medicine the correct way will regulate metabolism, blood-sugar and insulin levels.

Denial of foods for the diabetes gene!

With this type of food the diabetic gene will thrive on and there for is important to avoided: All processed food as well as trans fats and high-fructose corn syrup; any added sugars such as organic cane juice, agave, stevia and maple syrup, honey use as sweetener sparingly only. All gluten and dairy foods are the most inflammatory foods, but after time when the blood sugar becomes manageable than its OK to have them reintroduced slowly. All flour products, anything in white food, even if it says gluten-free, drive the insulin levels up again. Avoid all food with high GI (glycaemic index) like dried fruit; they have a high GI load. Eat food with a low GI because they don't spike blood sugar and insulin. The way to starve you diabetic genes is to cut out all sugar, flour products, high processed carbohydrates and stimulants such as alcohol, sedatives and caffeine. This doesn't mean you have to go hungry; you still can enjoy food you like, just smaller portions of it.

Food to support the healthy gene!

This is where food becomes the biggest weapon to fight diabetes and insulin related disorders, because pills and needles are not the answer! Such as slow-burning, low-GI vegetables, garlic and onions are one of the most powerful ones and best be eaten daily as much as possible. Not too far behind comes broccoli, spinach, silver beet, cabbage, asparagus, cauliflower, bok choy, and kale; all of those are high in antioxidants, anti inflammatory. They will lower cholesterol, blood pressure and your waist line.

Healthy animal products: these include omega 3-rich fish such as wild salmon, sardines, mercury-free fish, scallops, prawns, free range eggs and grass-fed poultry if possible. Apples, pears or any of the stone fruits are healthy and full of fiber. Berries: Blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cherries are all filled with phytonutrients. Nuts: Walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamias, pistachios, and almonds are one of the best.

Gluten-free whole grains: Black, brown and red rice, buckwheat, also beans or legumes which are rich in protein and filled with fiber, vitamins and minerals that help balance blood sugar. This list could go on; however, there is one more to add. It is common knowledge that regular exercise provides a huge benefit to your body and overall health and this cannot be ignored. If you are taking blood sugar-lowering medication and wish to follow a diet like this, please check with your doctor or a healthcare practitioner about it.

More about the power of food and through consistency how it becomes the best weapon against any health issues. Also the best natural supplementation that has the ingredients of many healthy organic fruits and beneficial fats such as omega 3 to add to your daily diet, just follow the link below, information is free.
