 Homegrown local smartphone brands are few and far in between and they are not as well-known as international brands. You may have heard or not heard of EXMobile , but one thing is for certain – you will be hearing a lot more from them this year. Priced affordably at MYR549 (USD129), the VoLte 2 is available for purchase at authorized stores and dealers nationwide and also online at Lazada Malaysia One more thing… EXMobile also sprang a surprise by revealing the Ex Watch, a stylish-looking rounded-face smart watch with stainless steel watchcase. Featuring a 1.22-inch HD IPS display (240 x 240 pixel) with Nanometer tempered glass, the Ex Watch runs on MT2502A–108MHz SoC with 128MB of RAM and 32MB storage space which can be expanded up to a maximum of 8GB via its micro SD slot. Among its features are pedometer, sleep monitor, anti-lost, sedentary reminder, heart rate monitor, IP65 waterproof, remote camera, synchronous SMS, MMS, Time Sync and many more. The premium factor continues in the choice of watchband in either stainless steel or classy leather strap (weighing 128g and 62.8g respectively). The leather strap variant will be made available in Q1 2016 with a mouth-watering price of MYR399 (USD92.90) in Silver, Black, Rose Gold, Royal Blue and Gold.
