Fie ca vreti sa va imbunatatiti performantele sportive, fie ca va doriti pur si simplu un tonus muscular mai bun, exista anumite metoda care par sa garanteze succesul. Daca va doriti sa incercati suplimente nutritive, combinati-le cu o dieta alimentara corespunzatoare, deoarece cheia succesului este reprezentata de nutritie. Pe cand cei care au probleme de greutate isi doresc sa slabeasca, exista si oameni slabi care incearca sa dobandeasca tonus si sa castige in greutate, iar cele doua par sa fie la fel de dificile. Mersul la sala, dieta (constand intr-o alimentatie sanatoasa, nu infometare sau mese dezordonate) si chiar consumul unor suplimente de tip animal pak pot da rezultate, insa este recomandat ca aceastea sa fie combinate, pentru un efect complementar. Un fizic de invidiat se poate obtine pe cai naturale si sanatoase, trebuie insa sa fiti consitienti de sacrificiile ce trebuie facute si sa fiti complet dedicati obiectivului final.

A castiga masa musculara nu este sinonim cu a te ingrasa, de aceea persoanele slabe trebuie sa inceapa sa isi construiasca masa musculara. In primul rand, principalul motiv pentru care oamenii slabi nu castiga in greutate este faptul ca alimentatia lor nu contine suficiente calorii si substante nutritive. Pentru a reglementa acest lucru, dieta zilnica trebuie sa contina un numar de calorii mai mare decat strict necesar. Incepeti prin a consuma un mic dejun copios, apoi compensati consistenta meselor si introducet diverse alimente sanatoase, dar binecunoscute pentru efectul lor asupra musculaturii: oua, migdale, peste (in special somon), carne de vita sau iaurtul. Toate aceste alimente minune te vor ajuta sa castigi masa musculara, sa iti mentii nivelul de enrgie ridicat de-a lungul intregii zile si sa fii capabil de un efort mai indelungat. Pe langa aceste beneficii, ele ajuta si la relaxarea muschilor, prevenind durerile cauzate de febra musculara. O alta solutie este sa va cresteti forta si rezistenta: faci exercitii in mod constant, utilizati cat mai multe grupe musculare in acelasi timp, si incercati chiar sa ridicati greutati mai mari decat de obicei. Activitatea fizica va aduce rezultate in mod cert, si dincolo de aspectul fizic (masa musculara va creste in mod evident, iar muschii vor fi vizibil mai definiti), va veti simti mai bine si din punct de vedere mental si psihic.

In plus, puteti chiar apela la suplimente nutritive: vitamine, minerale si alti nutrienti aditionali. In mod normal, organismul isi poate lua toate substantele de care are nevoie din mancare, insa in momentul in care incepeti sa depuneti efort fizic, aceste sunt consumate in cantitati mult mai mari, ce depasesc continutul gasit in alimente. Acest lucru poate duce la lipsa energiei, de aceea substantele nutritive trebuie compensate prin intermendiul suplimentelor, in special cele ce contin proteine si nu au indulcitori artificiali. Pentru a va mentine energia si tonusul, incercati sa alegeti un produs bogat in probiotice, aminoacizi, creatina, carnitina, citrulina si beta-alanina – acestia sunt creati in mod specific pentru intarirea musculaturii. Combinati o alimentatie bogata si sanaotasa cu activitatea fizica si suplimentele nutritive, pentru rezultate imbunatatite.
