A complete manual powder coating plant consists of pretreatment tanks, manual powder spray guns, powder spray booth cum cyclone recovery unit & powder curing oven. Material movement of the products can be manually done by trolleys or push through mono rails. 1. Manual Powder Spray Gun Multistatic Series 700 Supreme: Favored across the world, this model is capable of very large production runs. The control panel with the Smart Tracker, a self-diagnosing tool, lets you troubleshoot on site by yourself. The Infiniti Gun comes with a replaceable power cartridge, which is your protection from any HV failures. The Infiniti feature more than doubles your gun life. Powder Management System: One of the advantages of powder Coating that the Over spray can be recollected and reused. However, this recollected powder cannot, be used immediately as it has been sprayed and thus contaminated. It needs to be sieved in a fine mesh and mixed in predefined proportions with fresh powder. The Powder Manager will collect the over sprayed powder, sieve it; mix it with the fresh powder in the proportion defined by the user and load it back to the gun making your coating an entirely online process requiring minimum labor.
