It only shows its true form once the top has completely evaporated, and it gradually become more and more noticeable as the middle dissipates. The base layer is responsible for providing the lasting impression and the scent that others are likely to notice on the wearer's skin over time. Some popular ingredients for this include things such as cedar wood, amber, oak moss and musk.
