And, be wise enough not to exercise outside under these conditions. Cigarettes make for another potential source of air pollutants. However, with the introduction of the new legislation, smokers are now designated particular areas where they can smoke, like in offices and malls etc, so that the other portions remain primarily smoke-free. If you are particularly stricken by breathing troubles, you can jolly well stay away from these smoking zones or else enter these areas only with your breathing masks on.
