The ABC Diet That Can Relax You

You're a shady character in school just because it's not your personal style to mingle with the crowd. But you jive alright with that. What seems to bother you is that you've been underperforming in your school due to your innate extreme shyness.

Asparagus

Berries start with B, but contain more C Vitamins than B's. Aside from Vitamin C, berries also contain antioxidants that provide you inner peace when you seem things are about to close in.

Cortisol is the hormone that sets you in panic mode though there's no reason to be. Berries with its essential vitamins are able to combat spikes in blood cortisol levels to reduce fidgety episodes.

The notorious cortisol hormone not only awaken worries, studies also report that chronic high levels of cortisol can put you at risk of developing heart diseases and sleeping issues. Berries are sufficient to prevent these mishaps as they effectively regulate cortisol levels.

Chocolate

The items become increasingly sweeter as dark chocolate closes the list. When you're feeling quite restless during the past few days, instead of grabbing a milk chocolate in the shelves, pick the darker ones. Aside from cortisol, other hormones, namely, epinephrine and norepinephrine trigger your panicky state. Chocolates have substances that have the capability to control your agitations by stimulating pleasure receptors in your brain. You feel less anxious right after some bites.
