Overview : "Leading in a VUCA World" helps participants learn the skills, behaviors and best practices to improve their leadership effectiveness in times of rapid change, unpredictable outcomes, intricate marketplace dynamics and fuzzy intelligence. "Leading in a VUCA World" is targeted at strategic-level leaders in all organizational roles. Its intent is to enhance leaders competencies to build an environment that enables people to deal effectively with rapid change, technological and market turbulence, and stimulate people to be at their creative best in managing the discontinuous demands for innovation, anticipation and flexibility.
