If you want to achieve washboard abs, you are in the right place. Although I don’t know you at all, I am assuming you are working pretty hard already on achieving tight abs. Am I right? You are going to be so relieved to find out just how easy it is to do. You most likely have one last step to follow in order to achieve your goals. Before I talk about the last key ingredient, first I want to mention some tips you may or not already be incorporating. First and foremost, you need to exercise. For optimal results, you need to be exercising 5-6 days a week incorporating both cardio and strength training exercises. Interval training is absolutely the best way to shred your body. Your diet plays a crucial role in your success. You basically should be on a 80/20 rule, meaning 80% of the time you eat right for your body, and 20% of the time you can indulge if you choose to. It is so important to eat clean, whole foods. Aim for 2 fruits, 3-5 servings of vegetables, and whole grains. Balancing protein, fats, and carbohydrates is essential and it helps to actually plan out your meals for the week. Additionally, drinking water throughout the day will have your body performing at its best. Once you get into the habit, you will feel and look so much better. Getting adequate rest will also help your efforts to washboard abs. Get plenty of sleep each night, the rest gives your body time to recover. It will rejuvenate and reveal the results of your efforts, at least 7-8 hours per night gives your body and mind time to recharge. Rest and sleep allow you to put 110%, both physically and mentally, into your workouts on the days you do exercise. Overall, incorporate interval training, eat clean, drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest. But what if you’re still coming up short? When this happens, your body simply needs more help. It certainly isn’t easy for your body to keep up with the demand that the environment brings to it. When you help your body on the inside by balancing it, alkalizing it, and repairing it, you will reap the benefits inside out. In other words, when you provide your body with what it needs to perform at its best, you will be left with tightening, toning, and firming results on the outside.
