As the year came to a close, we found ourselves thinking a lot about what we wanted to accomplish in 2014. We did so much in 2013, that it’s been pretty hard to think up bigger and better things that we’d want to do in the new year. If there’s one thing I know about business though, it’s this: never get complacent. Never become comfortable with the level of success you have and fail to continue striving forward. The moment you do that, someone else will come along and sweep all your hard work right up from under your feet. I’m not about to let that happen. There’s one thing I know for certain I want to do – I want my team and I to wash a ton more cars this year than we did last year. That should come as a given, as most of you already know how enthusiastic we are when it comes to washing cars, but we really want to ramp that up this year. The look of satisfaction on our customer’s faces is worth so much to us, how could we not want more of that in the new year? Of course, we’ll need all of your help to be able to do that, but we don’t think that will be a problem. We also want to start connecting with a whole lot more of you on a personal level. Some of you enjoy coming by our headquarters to hang out and talk about cars. That’s great! We want a whole lot more of you to do that. We also meet people fairly often at events and trade shows and we want to do our best to start attending more of those, and reaching out to our fans better in 2014. We really do mean it when we say that our fans mean everything to us, so we want to know how you’re going to make 2014 a great year for you too. Will you get that dream job you’ve been going after for years? Or will you get that shiny new car and keep it looking fresh Hi Def style all year round? There’s so many ways to have a great year, and everyone’s answer will be different, that’s what make it so awesome. Everyone can have the best year ever and do it their own way.
