Tendon problems, joint pains, and a slew of other things have been known to be caused by wearing these shoes in an excessive manner. The fact that these Glitter heels are actually platform sandals, makes it more than ok to wear for a long period of time, mostly because of the fact that the platform sandals themselves are made to withstand a lot of punishment, and at the same time keep the leg in a comfortable position, sparing it the stress and problems that usually come with wearing high heels.
