Best stir fry recipe sauce

In a small saucepan, pour and mix together the hoisin sauce, the one tablespoon of sesame oil, two tablespoons of soy sauce and the rice vinegar, sugar vegetable broth garlic and ginger over medium heat. Stir and allow to until the mixture is smooth. Then add the cornstarch and continue to stir until the cornstarch is totally dissolve leaving no lumps. Cook the sauce for five to seven minutes then remove from heat and reserve for frying.

This is an example of Chinese stir fry recipe sauce that you can use for vegetables alone, without meat. But if you desire to have some meat in it, you can also mix it with beef, pork, shrimps or chicken to augment the dish. In this article we will share with this recipe for sauces that can really get good reviews from your family. It is flavorful and delicious that it is used to create your main dish for supper at home. We believe this is a fantastic gift for you who loves to stir fry. It can be refrigerated and can last up to two weeks in your ref. Here is the recipe and enjoy making them in your own kitchen.

SPICY GINGER STIR-FRIES SAUCE: The ingredients here can yield about one cup and can be prepared in fifteen minutes. It fast and healthy and can be prepared ahead of time.
THE INGREDIENTS:
One half cup of chicken stock or low sodium broth
Three tablespoons of soy sauce, we prefer low sodium type for general approach
One tablespoon of sherry or Chinese cooking wine
One teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in one tablespoon of water
One half teaspoon of distilled white vinegar (if not available, you can add more Chinese cooking wine)
About three tablespoons of fresh ginger already minced and peeled
One half teaspoon of crushed red pepper or red pepper flakes

THE PROCEDURE:
In a small mixing bowl, pour in and combine the chicken stock or low sodium broth with the soy sauce and the sherry together with the sugar and cornstarch slurry (mixture of cornstarch and water as per ingredients instructions above) the white vinegar and the sesame oil. Stir carefully to dissolve the sugar and mix the ingredients well.

In a small sauce pan, heat the peanut oil until it shimmers on the pan. Then add the ginger and the crushed red pepper or red pepper flakes and cook over high heat stirring constantly until they become fragrant.

Then add the stock mixture to the pan and boil over high heat until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy for about one minute. Do not cover while on high heat. Keep stirring all the way.

Remove from heat and let it cool before you transfer to a jar with a lid for storage in your refrigerator.

This stir fry recipe sauce can be used for stir frying pork, chicken, shrimps, or even beef with vegetables. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for steamed vegetables, rotisserie chicken or even dumplings. You can also pour small quantities of it over grilled meats or fish for added flavor. Enjoy and have fun in your kitchen.
