Ankit Jain, the youngest Indian CEO, was at a local radio station, last week. He revealed a few secrets to success, which he followed in life. Ankit Jain is just 25 years old, and is at a place, which millions desire to reach, but couldn’t make it because of lack of inspiration and guidance. Mr Jain, at the radio station, offered his words of wisdom. Below are a few valuable things that he explained during his interview at the radio station; according to him, these are the sole success mantras that helped him achieve this milestone – Set your goals – It is essential that you should have a clear goal in your life. A person with a goal is like a break-free vehicles that will reach nowhere. Mr Jain explained, ‘I have always wanted to start an innovative business since my school days. I had a few ideas, which I used after completing my studies. You should have an aim, where you want to go in your life.’ Have a vision – ‘If you want to succeed in your life, in your goals, in your resolutions, you need to have a vision. And your vision will keep on guiding you until you reach your goal. Your positive vision and will ensure that you achieve your goal’, said Mr Jain to the radio announcer. He also explained that one should have a broad vision, and a visionary thinking to work for the nation. Learn as much as you can – ‘Learning is a thing that we human keep on doing throughout our lives. It is the education that helps you stand and walk in life. Even if, it is a bad phase in your life, if you have learned to cope with hard times, you will successfully come out of it. And you should take lessons from failures, and move forward’, unfolded Mr Ankit Jain. He also said, ‘Life, people we meet, and incidents, and almost everything that we come across, gives us some sort of valuable lessons.’ Work strategically to achieve your goal – And at last, explaining the most important fact, Mr Ankit Jain said, ‘You should make strategies to reach your goals. I made a couple of short term goals, along with aiming at my foremost goal; like my first goal was to educate myself and gain as much knowledge as I can. After which I aimed towards entering into the corporate business.’ It is better to take short breaks in between your way to motivate yourself.
