The kyokushin Karate in India has become very popular throughout the country as well as worldwide as several students have expressed their wish to learn it properly.

So you are willing to learn karate lessons? Great! But before joining the classes, there are some essential points which have to be remembered by heart. Karate is an extremely disciplined and respected which has some rules and regulations. All the students learning or practicing this art has to mandatorily abide the rules or else he or she can be expelled from the school. Regular exercises and workouts are an essential part of this art. Apart from this you will have to also keep a strict vigil on your diet. Eat healthy food which contains all the necessary nutrients in them. You will be requiring a lot of strength as well as energy to learn the karate lessons. So try to make your palms and the hands stronger by punching them on hard materials. You can begin a pillow and then move on to the walls of the room. It is important to maintain a good physique during the learning period. As a matter of fact, there are several types of karate styles or forms out of which the Kyokushin karate is one of them. When you are learning this art, you also learn to respect others because it is one of the morals taught in this sport.

kyokushin Karate in India can be defined as a tricky hard hitting karate style which is challenging as well as solid in its form. One of the chief characteristics or feature of this type of karate is that the participants have to maintain the full eye contact with one another and also remain in the posture of stand-up form of fighting. It lays stress on the vitality of the fluid and moves and actions which are certainly pleasing to the eyes; although it has brawny approach. With the advancement of time it has become more competitive as some new regulations have been added into it. The inclusion of tameshiwari, that is the dexterity of breaking wood, tile, bricks or stone is also implemented to this martial art with the intention of developing good spirit and character. The credit for discovering the art of kyokushin Karate goes to Masutatsu Oyama who initially founded it and further developed it in the late 1930s with the help of some professional martial artists. After he bagged the black belt and became a Dan, he opened his own Dojo in Tokyo Japan. Later on close to 1958, this new skill or style of karate was named Kyokushin karate or Kyokshinkai.

Every student who is learning this form of karate or any other style of martial arts has to take a pledge which is a set of rules and regulations. It is also termed as a Dojo Kun. It says that the person has to practice this art by heart and body for any firm with true spirit. He would pursue concept of martial art technique so that he remains alert and attentive. He would also nourish the true spirit of self denial with energy. He would abide by the rules and should also respect his instructors and the seniors and should also control his temper. The martial arts institute in India also takes examinations so as to observe the progress of the students.
