If your commercial space in located in the main business cenetr of the city, it will cost more; whereas if it is located in the outskirts, the cost will be far less. Amenities available at your space: While companies in smaller cities might only look for basic amenities like washrooms, elevators, etc; businesses in thriving cities like Houston, commercial office space for lease in Houston are usually equipped with advanced amenities like parking spaces, hallways, lobbies, etc. So, if you have more such amenities available in your building, you can negotiate for a better lease.
