I am the judgment expert who writes a lot. Using an email signature's something everybody should consider adding to their e-mail configurations, especially when their email name is not related to their real name. E-mail signatures help your emails be more credible and professional, and signatures usually make e-mails more likely to get answered. Your e-mail signature can be as simple as a single short line having your name, e-mail address, and/or perhaps your phone number. If you've got some website or a business, consider listing it too. When you've got some kind of business, maybe add a short line about what you do, and perhaps also include your PO Box or address. Some people use multiple signatures, and certain people also have multiple e-mail addresses. Examples of alternate e-mail signatures is an email for your job, one for a home business venture, and your personal email for your family and friends. Certain email programs and internet-based email systems make it easy to have multiple signatures. Gmail and Outlook allow multiple signatures, but Yahoo only supports this with paid-level email accounts. Another way to have multiple signatures is to store a plain text document on your computer, that has your email signatures. It's really easy and quick to copy the signature you want, and paste that one signature on the bottom of your e-mails. One more solution for email applications or systems with just one email signature allowed like Yahoo basic, is to keep multiple signatures within your single signature. After that, you will be able to quickly delete all but the one you want, prior to sending each e-mail. The Yahoo service seems to have more of a problem with hijacking, hacking, viruses, and spam, than the others. To configure an e-mail signature with Yahoo: 1) Log into your Yahoo e-mail. 2) Once inside your inbox, move the mouse over the funny-looking symbol (that looks similar to a gear) near the top, in the far right-hand side of the window (underneath the toolbars). The symbol will be right next to your Yahoo! name and your thumbnail Avatar. 3) After you move your mouse's cursor on top of the gear icon, their drop-down list will be displayed. Choose "Mail Options". 4) A "Options" tab will appear. On the left-hand side of the window, around the top of Yahoo's page, you'll see a section named "Mail Options". The second choice listed under "Mail Options" is "Signature". Click on "Signature". 5) A new box pops up, where you can type in anything you want, to be included in your e-mail signature. After you're done typing, click the orange-colored "Save" button located on the left-hand side, just above the box you filled into. To configure an e-mail for Outlook Express: It is under Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures. Judgment recovery, is a collections attempt, which means to recover or collect your judgment.
