An initiative to get associated with Mass ‘Problems are discussed, Solutions are Neglected’, this is the main reason behind lack of development and improvement at personal, professional, social, state and national level. People like to discuss problems for hours. Either, we talk about one to one discussions & meetings, or we talk about social networks like Facebook & Twitter, most of the time pondering is on problems. Why problems are so important in everyone’s life that focus never shifts. One problem over takes the other but the word ‘Problem’ still remains in spotlight. After a thorough research and analysis, a conclusion is derived that ‘Problems’ are discussed not for seeking the solutions but for self satisfaction and taking out frustration. This is no where connected with improvement in any sense. So, someone has to take initiative for working on ‘solutions’ for bringing the improvement in social set up. Common man is so busy in day to day life that it is just impossible for him to work dedicatedly for the betterment of society. This is the reason leaders, rather politicians are chosen by people to work for the development on their behalf. "Commerce Minister" of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Kailash Vijayvargiya has taken an initiative to work on all the developmental tasks in the state and named the campaign as ‘Vikas Vartalaap’. As Mr. Vijayvargiya is holding seven important portfolios in state, he is having enough authority to take an action and implement the plans. Vikas Vartalaap is a campaign in which Kailash ji is asking people of state to share their problems and areas of concern where they are seeking for development and then, he himself will be giving solutions or will work on improvement. In the first week of campaign, 350+ entries were received and minister replied on the majority of questions. This novel concept not only resulted in the shift of focus from problems to solutions but also in the direction from frustration to satisfaction, from myths to facts and from indirect communication to direct communication. This type of initiative was always needed in the community to bridge the gap between leaders & masses. Facebook is a good medium for connecting leaders with masses but ‘Vikas Vartalaap’ is surely an effort way ahead. It is highly appreciable. People can check out the youtube channel of Kailash Vijayvargiya or they can also explore the answers at his website www.kailashonline.in . This campaign will be continued and Mr. "Kailash Vijayvargiya" will be one to one every week with masses. People are admiring and appreciating ‘Vikas Vartalaap’ on a very broad scale. Hope to see more such ‘solution’ focused campaigns for the betterment of society, city & state.
