When I begin to coach clients I ask them to share with me: - What do you want to do with your business? - What results do you want to accomplish? To support you in moving towards those desires I start with identifying where there are 'energy mismatches' that may be holding you back from your desired results. And those 'energy mismatches' are always at the inner and outer level. One area I see entrepreneurs have a major mismatch around is your mismatch with money. The first step to align your energy for more money is to discover and direct your money beliefs. Our Hint: Energy mismatches occur when you say you want one thing, and your beliefs are the opposite. So many times I have heard entrepreneurs say, 'I really wish the whole business thing could just happen without the whole money thing. I wish I could do what I do without having to deal with all of the money.' Then in the next breath, you are complaining about how you can't make enough money in your business. Can you feel the energy mismatch there? It immediately creates a tug-pull that ends up keeping you stuck, feeling confused and frustrated, and continuing to struggle along. This is really where the inner part of the our coaching philosophy and method comes in. You have to understand how to really activate this inner part and to get very clear about the money story you're bringing to the table. You can intellectually "KNOW" something but applying it correctly makes all the difference in whether you get results, or not. The state of your energy within your business, especially regarding selling, makes a huge difference in your business results. I cannot stress this enough, if the results you want are not showing up, the place you have to look first is inside, then to your outside results. (The energy shifts need to be done on the inside to deliver the results outside) If you don't have enough clients or sales then at some level you have a belief activated that it's hard to get clients. Maybe you've had past experiences where it has been hard to get clients, or maybe something similar to that, like it's hard to find a romantic partner, so you keep referring to this over and over and over and life keeps bringing you the same thing over and over and over. The first thing you have to be willing to do is to see that your current money beliefs are producing your reality that you're living. Your Call To Action: Discover and direct your money beliefs. Check in, what is your money story? Sit in a quiet sacred place and get clear about your money story: What does money look like to you? What is the personality of money? If it were an actual person, what would it look like? What would it stand for?
