LONDON – May 4, 2012: Mazda UK has appointed CPM to manageits retail sales focused Call Centre with the aim of increasingbusiness through a range of innovative strategies. Thame-based CPM, a global leader in providing integrated salesstrategies, will provide a range of services and work closely withthe Mazda franchise dealer network to further raise driverawareness of the brand and boost sales. Last year Mazda sold more than 31,000 cars in the UK and leads theUK sports car segment with sales of its iconic MX-5 two-seater. The appointment of CPM coincides with the UK arrival of the all-newMazda CX-5 compact crossover SUV, which is powered by breakthroughSKYACTIV technology that promises fuel bill savings from lowemissions and fuel-sipping engines that deliver unrivalledperformance. CPM won a competitive tender recently given their extensivecustomer insight giving them a competitive advantage. CPM'sappointment involves managing inbound and outbound telephone ande-mail communications with existing and prospective customers andpromoting prospective customer test drives in conjunction withMazda dealers. The new Mazda Call Centre with a nine-strong dedicated team wentlive this week, its work will also include handling brochure andtest drive requests, managing product queries and customer andaftersales support.
