LONDON – May 4, 2012: Mazda UK has appointed CPM to manageits retail sales focused Call Centre with the aim of increasingbusiness through a range of innovative strategies. CPM'sappointment involves managing inbound and outbound telephone ande-mail communications with existing and prospective customers andpromoting prospective customer test drives in conjunction withMazda dealers. The new Mazda Call Centre with a nine-strong dedicated team wentlive this week, its work will also include handling brochure andtest drive requests, managing product queries and customer andaftersales support.
