The castle must be operated in a safe and responsible manner, including (but not limited to) the following rules, in order to satisfy insurance and government requirements: • The castle must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years standing in front at all times • Arrange alternate jumping sessions for same age groups. Most castle have MAX age and QTY so ASK when set up. • No adults whatsoever on the castle. • Castles will split or tear with excess weight. • No rough play or somersaults. • No shoes, food, drink, spectacles or pets. • No climbing on top of the walls. No riding on any front bumper! • No WET face paint, sand, glitter or crazy string on the castle. • Do not turn power off. • Children must be fully clothed to stop friction burns. • Children should climb up the rope ladder giving clearance to other users, and must slide down feet first 1 to 2 at a time. • Arrange similar age groups to jump at the same time. • Make sure that ropes are secure at all times. • Castles are designed in Melbourne to withstand winds not exceeding 40kph/25mph (large tree branches swaying), but your judgment should be used at all times • Water slides must have no more than 4 inches of water in the water pool & the hose must not run continually. An adult will sign to say they are a responsible and competent adult who has willingly been trained as a Jumping Inflatable Supervisor.
