At the same time it improves the voltage alteration. • Distribution transformer: Distribution transformers are up to 1 mega volt ampere. Such transformers are generally used at the service lines. The wires from where current flows are often from the service poles or at times are underground. Distribution transformers are of various types according to the installation method used for each of them. It includes pole-mount transformer and pad-mount transformer.
