You must craft your sales communication about your customers in order to get customers interested in your offerings. Why most enterprises’ sales and marketing communication makes customer shrug, is the failure to identify this simple verity about human behavior. Customers often keep reviewing hundreds of sales messages. In almost every communication, the messages are solely about the seller and the bestselling products. Most of the enterprises leave this up to the customers’ imagination to presume "what must all of the communication mean to them." This leads all of us to focus on two sentences that are the most important to your prospects and customers: 3. "BENEFITS are what your clients have hired you for!" 4. "Clients have hired you, because [You are offering unparalleled value adds and something unique that beats competition.]" Closely observing the above two sentences makes you spot, that these sentences position you, the seller, as a medium which helps the customer achieve the their goals, secondly positioning your enterprise as the only medium that may furnish the job right.
