People like this location as it is minutes away from Atlanta proper and that there are options for public transportation to get to and from various points in the metro. Some areas here are very ethnically and socially diverse and can be welcoming for people of all backgrounds. People may also enjoy the friendly, small town atmosphere found in many of these areas. Look at features, not price There are units here that have a good range of features like in-unit washing machines, large floor plans with things like formal dining rooms and pet parks. While no one should shop for a unit that is far out of their price range, there are times when it makes sense to find something that stretches the budget a bit. Having a home that has more convenient features makes it nicer to live in and can possibly save time and money for the resident. One thing to think about is if the unit is one that a person will enjoy living in. Units that have light filled rooms, and are spacious and well laid out are ones that people will like over the long haul. With so many choices, there is no reason to settle for a mediocre unit. The closet sizes can vary significantly from place to place and depending on when the units where built. While older units tend to have fewer options, this is not always the case. Sometimes units have been remodeled so that kitchen storage is better too. Where are the community features? Some people don’t mind a short drive to the grocery store or other kinds of shopping but quite a few would like to be within walking distance. The same is true of restaurants, schools, gas stations and other features. The layout to the community is something that not everyone thinks about but maybe they should. A better location saves time for tenants but also takes less gas to get to.
