But with so many homeless and abandoned animals, there’s only so much shelters can do. The Fixit Foundation approaches the issue from a different approach. Rather than spending millions each year simply treating the symptoms, we aim to find the most effective ways to cure the disease. Our research program is working to provide the proof government officials will need before agreeing to alter the way we approach the problem.
