There are times that the client has to cut the recording to several parts so that it can be digitally forwarded. Service Delivery The third and final step in an online EMR transcription is the delivery of the transcribed dictations. This is after the actual transcription has been done. However, most of the companies implement a quality control in order to check if the transcriptions are accurate and correct. There are some companies that do this word by word in order to fully check its 100% accuracy. There are also some service providers that only do this in random method. What this means is that they pick some specific parts of the recording and check if those are correctly transcribed. While this is faster, it does not give full assurance to the client. Hence, the client would usually prefer the first quality control system since it gives them the maximum guarantee for the delivered transcription.
