A bigger threat to the lives of animals is the use of fur in human lives. Fur is an animal skin that has extensive hair on it, and it is nowadays used in making linen, accessories and decor for catering the human needs. But surely it is an unnecessary demand that is taking the lives of the many innocent creatures. Humans must understand that fur is obtained by torturing and killing of the animals. You must know that whenever you are wearing a fur coat or any other clothing made up of animal fur, you're actually wearing someone's mother, father, child, brother, or sister. The lives of these living creatures are being taken just to meet your needs. According to the research made in the U.S, more than 50 million animals are violently killed or are tortured for the fur every year. By making the creatures suffer their skin is removed from their body so that it can be used for fashion or to cater all the unnecessary wishes and demands of the humans. Here, no human is ready to think about the pain these creatures suffer when they are made to torture or die. The fur belongs to them and not to humans, so they must be the ones to decide what to do about it, not the humans. It is an Animal Rights. For the purpose of killing, the fur bearing animals like cats, sheep, bears, tigers, cheetah, dogs, deer and many more are caught and are killed in barbaric body gripping traps and by various cruel live threatening methods. The most general methods of killing the animals for taking out their fur are electrocution, gassing, and neck breaking. The creatures are made to suffer a lot but there is no one to understand their pain and suffering. Humans must understand that the animals are also living beings and they also do suffer the same pain as humans do when beaten, killed or tortured. The only difference here is that the voiceless species cannot convey their message like humans can do. So, they are treated as non living things and are beaten to cruel deaths. It certainly doesn’t matter where from an animal came; it can be from a fur farm or one which was trapped in the wild rescue as these species have a full right to live with us on the earth. Humans must understand their pain before making them a victim for satisfying their own individual needs. The animals living on the fur farms also made to live their entire lives confined to cramped, filthy wire cages under horrible conditions. And in addition to that, their deaths are also more miserable and painful than imagined. The Fur farmers who are responsible for slaughtering the species use very cheap and cruelest killing methods like suffocation, gas, electrocution, and poison to obtain their furs. The pain cannot be defined as it is very miserable. The fur industry is certainly a threat to our environment and wildlife as well, as it is contributing to higher energy costs, pollution, land destruction, and reductions in populations of wild animals on the earth. It is not just taking one of the nature’s most important creations but also destructing the entire Eco system. Even though the fur trade played a big role in the development of the early North American economy in the past, the tradition, Animal Welfare or humanity never justifies it. The cruel act is sure a terror in today’s time and will be forever. If you are against the cruel act you must know that even purchasing the tiniest bit of fur supports the cruel fur industry.
