Hyderabad Telugu News Latest: Congress party senior leader and Ex-Minister Sankar Rao have once again fired heavily on the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy. He said that with the entry of Kiran, the migrations out of Congress have increased heavily and also that Kiran is behaving as per his will. He stated that almost 40 members have left to other parties from Congress party in state till date. He informed that as and when Kiran became the Chief Minister, 17 MLAs and 2 MPs have gone out from Congress and also 16 others have bid bye to the party. He also clarified that for the latest two more MPs Vivek and Mandha too have left the party again. He blamed that Kiran is brought in a situation like there is no one left to ask for a ticket from Congress party. On the other hand, Sankar Rao responding on the long running issue in between him and CM Kiran has said that he would be approaching the Supreme Court in regard with the red sandalwood case. He is warned that he would soon be approaching Supreme Court, CBI and ED about the case filed by him on 10th July in High court over the GO on red sandalwood. Sankar Rao fired on the CM about the suspension of Minister DL Ravindra Reddy saying that it is a brutal act. Congress veteran and Secunderabad Cantonment MLA P Shankar Rao has come down heavily on chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for sacking DL Ravindra Reddy from the cabinet. Speaking to reporters at the CLP office on the Assembly premises here on Monday, he said Kiran Kumar Reddy had been running the state government as per his likes and causing great damage to the prospects of the party in the state with his arrogant behaviour. Rao said, "After Kiran Kumar Reddy assumed the office, as many as 17 MLAs and four MPs resigned from the Congress. The party's situation is becoming so pathetic that nobody is ready to take the party nomination to contest the ensuing general election." Meanwhile, the Congress veteran demanded a high-level inquiry into the GO released by the state government with regard to red sanders sale soon after Kiran assumed office. Recalling that he had filed a petition in the High Court on July 10 last year against this GO, he said that he would soon approach the Supreme Court, the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against this GO.Former Minister Dr P Shankar Rao on Monday accused Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy of causing damage to the Congress party in the State. Talking to reporters here, Shankar Rao pointed out that as many as 17 MLAs, two MPs and 16 senior leaders have quit the Congress party after Kiran Kumar Reddy took over as the Chief Minister. He alleged that the Chief Minister has tarnished the party's image in the State and there would be no aspirants left for the ticket during next elections. Accusing Kiran Kumar Reddy of acting as per his whims and fancies, Shankar Rao condemned the dismissal of DL Ravindra Reddy from the State Cabinet. He demanded that the Congress High Command should take stock of the situation and intervene immediately. Shankar also demanded a high-level enquiry into the GO issued on red sanders during his tenure. Former minister Dr P Shankar Rao on Tuesday alleged that his cell phone was being tapped. Talking to reporters in the Assembly premises, Shankar Rao alleged that his phone was being tapped at the instance of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and DGP V Dinesh Reddy. He announced that he would approach the court against the phone tapping. Shankar Rao said that the Chief Minister was targeting him as he had criticized his anti-people moves. However, he said, as a Congress worker, he would continue to condemn the anti-people and anti-party policies of Kiran Kumar Reddy. He said he was loyal towards the Congress party and not towards the Chief Minister.
