The baby boomers are those people who were born post World War II and a statistical report said that everyday 10,000 baby boomers will retire. The elders arranged games, dinner parties, and outings as well work within the village which makes them independent and happy. Moreover there are medical facilities available 24/7 as well as care givers if required anytime. The retirement villages provide all the facilities to the senior citizens required in their day to day lives as well as give them a scope to live their lives independently. Earlier the elders have no choice but to stay with their children, living a lonely life as they could not cope with their fast life. But today the aged have plenty of retirement living options giving them to live a better and independent life.
