Thegoal of the league and the consortium is to promote innovativestrategies, to establish a network of best practices that isdirectly linked to 21st century learning and to promote greatereducational equity and opportunities for all students. They arealso the only school in Vermont engaged in expeditionary learning, which is a program that puts emphasis on experiential learningthrough expeditions. In all subgroups they are seeingsignificant progress, and they are closing the gap between studentsin poverty and their peers.
