Catering equipments are essential for smart cooking and presenting. Quality of food can improve by using the right catering appliance. These enable to prepare and deliver food easily. Proper knowledge of using the right equipment while cooking may help in a great deal to improve quality and taste. Here is a short list of some most useful catering equipment: Slotted Serving Spoon: It is a useful catering equipment to serve foods having large chunks in juices and other liquids. Frying Pan: Non-stick pan for frying food like potatoes, chicken. Stockpot: It is a large and narrow pot for cooking pastas or soup. Griddle: Yes, it is a flat cooking device for cooking food on it. Hot Pads: Insulator pads to protect hands. Flour Sifter: Device used to sift flour or other powdered food. Cutting Board: it is a flat board to cut vegetables and put on it. Teakettle: Utensil used to serve tea. Measuring Cup (dry): it is a Measuring cup to measure solid ingredients. Measuring Cup (Liquid): Measuring cup to measure liquid ingredients. Egg Separator: Separates eggs from egg yolk in egg white. Tongs: Used to pick items up while grilling and for other purposes.
