The Christian brides would wear wedding gowns while exchanging rings on their wedding occasion. The Islamic people would wear costly saris on wedding day like other people. The bride covers here whole face with full of flower decorations and garlands. She would be allowed to see the bridegroom after she accepts the holy thread from the bridegroom. The bride groom also covers his face with floral decorations but he has the chance of releasing the cover if he wants to see any one. But the bride is not allowed to uncover her face till the marriage ceremony is completed. All the Indian wedding dresses are made with different likings and traditions of the various religions in India. Hence there is lot of models and designs in the wedding clothing in India.
