In the day to day activities, the territory is occupied with residential, public buildings, streets, and common areas, people are exposed to power-frequency electromagnetic fields from different sources. Of course, the walls of the houses, especially the concrete panels, screens reduce EMI, but do not consider that it helps in reducing the effects of external electromagnetic fields on human. The important thing is not only the quantity of EMF tension, but also the length of time people stay in the area of this field. In accordance with the recommendations of the electromagnetic safety of the public, it is important to find the areas of electromagnetic field exposure within the sanitary protection zones of power lines that shall be prohibited: • Place EMF shielding in residential buildings; • Provide for parking and stopping for all forms of transport; • Arrange any sports and play areas; • Display mushroom, any fruits, especially berries and herbs. To control the electromagnetic situation in homes or in offices, where people use devices consisting of registrar intensity EMF, EMF shielding becomes really important. As to the protection of the person in a residential area is concerned, on this account one may give some practical advice.
