If you are a budding fashion designer or have anything to do with fashion in the remotest sense, there is a good chance that you will have heard the name of National Institute of Fashion Technology, India’s premier fashion designing institute. Courses Offered and Eligibility The college has various courses that cover different aspects of a fashion designing, apparel design, fashion management and fashion communication. B. Design in Fashion Design is its flagship programme of four year duration which requires a 10+2 pass out as the minimum eligibility. Some of the other disciplines in which NIFT delivers its B. FTech (Masters of Fashion Technology) The eligibility for the masters programmes vary from course to course with the common criteria being graduation and an entrance exam like CAT, GMAT or MAT.
