Higher Self is nothing you have to achieve, its what you already are behind all the masks, beliefs and identities. The thin layer of experience you call "reality", which you perceive with your normal senses is just that: A thin layer… Behind it lies Infinity and truer versions of yourself. Access to these is not gained through what is known, but through many small or big meetings with the unknown. On your life's path it can sometimes be beneficial to leave the known behind you and step into the unknown. In this way intuition (which corresponds to higher self) is activated. Since the world-self doesn't know anything about a situation that presents itself, another part of yourself is called upon that DOES know something about it. The thin layer of the known, in which you say, do, think similar things as the day before and the day before, will not lead to the unknown. .Looking at the unknown inside or outside (there's no difference between the two), you expand your limits and find out more about yourself behind the thin layer of habit. There's a lot of consciousness, awareness and energy waiting to be let in. If you label the unknown, or change, or new things or strange things as "negative", then expanding your consciousness will seem like something horrifying and everything unknown will activate fear, fear of loosing your so-called"safety" or social status or leaving your comfort-zone. Feeling just a little bit of fear when diving into the unknown is natural and ok though. When the new and unknown occurs, your mind restructures itself to adapt to the new input. The process of restructuring may occasionally cause a little bit of fear. But remember that nothing has to feel or be unpleasant, and that nothing is forcing you to label events as bad. YOU ARE the safety that you often seek "out there". Safety is not dependent on outer circumstances. Exploring the unknown doesn't have to be stressful, it can be fascinating and energizing. When leaving your comfort-zone off a familiarity you can do it from a platform of inner and outer stability. #78 days Transurfing# teaches you exactly How … #78 days Practical Transurfing#
