Armando Cristian Perez (Pitbull) was born on 15 January 1981 in Cuba. He faced difficulty to be a rapper because he has blue eyes, he is white and he is Cuban. He has the inspiration from Willy Chirino and Celia Cruz. He was raised by his mom when his parents split up. At the age of sixteen, he became drug dealer and he was kicked off from the house by his mother. He started his music in 2001 with RCA records and Polo Grounds. Pitbull has been part of many television shows, films and video games including Scarface: The World Is Yours (2006) video game, Dancing with the Stars (2012), Shark Tank (2012), La Esquina (2007), Punk’d (2007), Jennifer Lopez: Dance Again (2013), Epic (2013), Blood Money (2012) and La Gasolina: Reggaeton Explosion (2012). He has won many awards including Teen Choice Awards 2008 for “Best Hip Hop Song (The Anthem)”, Billboard Latin Music Awards for “Latin Digital Download Artist of the Year (The Anthem)”, MP3 Music Awards 2009 for “Best Latin Song (I Know You Want Me)”, ALMA Awards 2011 for “Best Dance Music Artist”, Premio Lo Nuestro for “Favorite Hip-Hop Artist”, Billboard Music Awards 2012 for “Top Radio Song (Give Me Everything)” and ALMA Awards 2012 for “Favorite Male Music Artist”. On 3 August 2004, he released his debut studio album “M.I.A.M.I.”. On 31 October 2005, he released second studio album “El Mariel”. It was produced by Taz Arnold, DJ Rob-N, Gorilla Taek, Pharrell Williams, The Runners, Jim Jonsin, Lil Jon, DJ Khaled, Diaz Brothers and Sean Combs. It was produced by Play-n-Skillz, Diaz Brothers, Nitti, Mr. Collipark, Lil Jon, Armando Perez and Sean Combs. Popular singles are: Go Girl, The Anthem, Sticky Icky, Secret Admirer, Fuego and Tell Me. On 28 August 2009, he released fourth studio album “Rebelution”. Popular singles from the album are: Shut It Down, I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho), Can’t Stop Me Now, Hotel Room Service and Krazy. He released fifth studio album “Armando” on 2 November 2010. Popular tracks from the album are Maldito Alcohol, Bon Bon, Tu Cuerpo, Vida 23 and Watagatapitusberry. On 17 June 2011, he released sixth studio album “Planet Pit”. It was produced by Vein, Soulshock & Biker, Sean Hurley, Sandy Vee, Rush, RedOne, RedFoo, Polow da Don, Nicola Fasano, Marc Kinchen, Jimmy Joker, Jim Jonsin, Jason Perry, Jacob Luttrell, Drop, Dr. Luke, DJ Snake, DJ Frank, DJ Buddha, David Guetta, Clinton Sparks, Charles Chaevez, Bryan Lean, Afrojack and Ne-Yo.
