Many times along your Entrepreneurial journey you will be called to step up or uplevel to a whole new way of BEing in your business. During these times you may feel a lot of internal turmoil or all your "stuff" coming to the surface. You see, after you've raised your energy vibration a bit, it's important to address any resistances or lower level energies that pop up so that you can continue along your upleveled path. So what are we really talking about? You know your inner voice that is... judgmental doubtful critical angry whiney complaining It's the story you hear inside that starts with ... "YEAH, BUT"s (your RESISTANCE) and the "WHAT-IF"s (your LOWER LEVEL ENERGIES) It's the one when you are feeling really bad that tells you to give up and go back to work, to a real paying job… yuck! "You can never get it together to build a successful business. It takes too much time, too much work." This is the voice that always wants to know HOW... "How are you actually going to fit this into your schedule?" This is the voice that is in opposition to your Inner Source … "You're not smart or successful enough to do this." This is the voice that you usually call the Voice of Reason - but it is truly the Voice of Resistance! Anything that shows itself during your upleveling you can take to an energy management tool like our Belief Transformation Tool. − Just remember resistance and level energies showing up are totally to be expected and in fact are all o.k. − Just keep moving through them! Once you've gotten clear about your resistance and begin to move through the lower-level energies you are facing, you can identify the areas where you need some support. (Remember - It isn't that you CAN'T do what you want. You most likely just need a little support.) Example: You're not sure of the best online marketing system to use, so you reach out to your trusted support network or mentor to get some feedback and shared experiences from others. Next it's time to call on your "Inner Coach" (Guidance, Source, Spirit Universe) to support you as you build your business. You may language it a little like this: "O.K, I've never run a successful business before so I'm going to trust that you're with me. You'll show me exactly what I need to do so that everything is about serving the highest good. Thank you for being there for me. I'm handing this over to YOU!" Now that you've gone through your lower-level energies and requested support or Soul-utions you are clear and running clean to TRULY allow your energy to move into CREATIVE ACTION. Wahoooo!!! It might show up for you like this: You get so excited about getting started. You have so much fun beginning your Ezine, picking out colors, templates and crafting a zippy fun article. You invite people to join you like it's a party! You are SOARing!! Now it's your turn! Your Call To Action 1. Take one full day to simply observe your inner voice. 2. Try not to be judgmental or even to change things on the spot. Simply observe and take notes. a. List out the low level energies or resistances that are showing up for you and begin to move through them with tools like the Belief Transformation tool.
