Nowadays there are numerous voluntary organisations who have been working for the upliftment of the society. These organisations work for societal and rural development and are financially assisted by the non - governmental organisations for monetary support. They are better known as an NGO or Nongovernmental organisations. These companies work for charity in India based on different issues ranging from rural development, sex abuse, female development, development of roadside children and a long list follows. These voluntary organisations work for the upliftment of poor people, help in improvement of attitude in drug pedlars, people working in red light areas and people who have been deprived of their rights in India. They have also contributed in the development of charity of India. These organisations have also come up with schools in rural India so that rural people can get the maximum of them. These rural schools believe in the ideal that the key to rural education development and growth is education and literacy. All these NGO s have been initiated by a team of renowned social campaigners who have stepped into the road with the objective of improving the social and economic condition of the poor people and to enhance in the rural development and rescue them from the command of deficiency that have so extensively delayed the development of the total neighbourhood. They also provided for numerous donations for education so that they can be well trained and taught. It is urgently required that NGO s voluntary participate in recovering the verve of rustic people. This NGO India has been created keeping some principles in mind: • To endorse care of health by health-care tutoring as well as first aid
• Empowerment of learning by generating awareness regarding their personal rights, teaching them to be self reliable and live with self confidence and self respect.
• Offering formal education in the rural schools with one teacher

• To attain financial expansion by refining and educating for small professions and communicate training at no cost.
• Empowerment of village based organisations.
• Making numerous types of social alterations which are more helpful in implementing and funding NGOs. The NGO also helps self help groups. Self help groups are tiny groups of people who face various kinds of problems and the best part is that the member of the groups are trained so that they can assist each other in solving problems. Majority of the rural women have also benefitted from these rural schools. Rural Development is significant to India's monetary as well as societal expansion. Thus these NGOs also aim at addressing all the problems and concerns faced by people in the rural areas. The NGO addresses different issues of rural people taking care of the Agriculture, small scale industries, Education and land activities, constructing schools for studying and migrant issues as well. The schools which are running with the help of Indian NGO have been paved for a smooth future ahead. In all NGO s has been contributing a lot to the society.
