Thanks to a strong weekend in sales, Elite Nike NFL Jerseys Washington Redskins rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III now has the league's top selling jersey, according to the NFL, quoting sales from its official online store, NFLShop.com. RG3 surpassed Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, who had been in the top spot. Due to lack of playing time, New York Jets backup quarterback Tim Tebow, who has been near the top of the jersey sales list since being traded from the Broncos to make way for Peyton Manning, has fallen to No. 8, one spot behind New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz. The man who plays ahead of Tebow, Mark Sanchez, has not been among the top 25 purchased jerseys in the league for months now. But the defensive player who is seeing the fastest rise is Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt, who had never appeared in the top 25 and now finds himself at No. 17 in his second season. Watt is the only Texans player on the list. The Falcons, who are tied with the Texans for the best record in the league at 10-1, don't have a representative on the best-selling jersey list.
