This is where positive living comes into practicality. This state of the society makes one feel alone and abandoned, and this is the initial let down that may hinder one from living positively. However, through the HIV Aids support groups, you can find a community of individuals who share the disease and who have many great success stories to tell of how long they have lived comfortably with the condition. Advice on proper diet, taking medication, exercising and other aspects of living a fulfilling life is taken best from an individual who is in the same situation and has made the best out of it. Individuals who are living positively usually share their stories through an HIV blog to encourage others who have recently been diagnosed and do not know where to start in coping with the situation.
