If you want your judgment bought or recovered without spending any money, you need to find either a judgment buyer or a contingency collection answer. Be careful about assigning the judgment to any person or entity who doesn't tell you precisely why that's required. A broker has no business owning any part of your judgment or debt. 3) Refers you to solutions based on their long term knowledge of the right professionals to buy or collect specific judgments. The best judgment brokers are objective, and know thousands of judgment buyers and collection experts, and monitors their performance with a database. A good broker knows who will get a recovery or purchase done, and who is a flake. Be careful about brokers who refer you to the broker's buddies or their own employees. Some entities say they are objective, however they refer judgment owners only to their insiders. The best judgment brokers aren't intermediaries, and are free for judgment creditors. Brokers are paid by judgment purchasers and collection professionals. Brokers cost judgment owners, and offer a more direct and faster way to get the right judgment solution. Without a judgment broker, it takes much longer to find the right solution - and probably not as good of a solution.
