If an alternative transportation is needed or the rental facility is covered by your policy or the other party is paying the bill, then you can ask the body shop to arrange the rental for you. Soon after the accident, get in touch with your insurance company and ask for a claim number. If your insurance company insists on examining your vehicle at your home or claim center, you can do this. You can also drop your vehicle at the auto body shop and ask the insurance company to examine the car at the shop of your choice. Good auto body shops have superlative facilities, equipments and trained personnel to restore your car to its pre-loss condition. Although experts can easily detect that your vehicle has been repaired, but this doesn’t mean that the auto shop hasn’t done its job properly. An auto body shop does not have the equipments that manufacturers have to build up a car. For this reason, it is difficult for them to replicate the manufacturer’s work.
