Dark Ages and False Doctrines When Jesus the Messiah arrives the second time, He will find a very different world than the one He left over 2000 years ago. Even with the gift of the Holy Spirit trying to assist the pure in heart to do and know the right things, a universal apostasy will have occurred during the Dark Ages. Doctrines of truth that Jesus Christ established will be mixed up with doctrines that men created in their own minds, and false priests will have taught them to congregations as God’s word. Men with deceiving intentions will call themselves prophets, and play upon the generous nature of followers of God to get gain. Rise in Evil and Technology We know the Second Coming is near when good things are called evil, and evil things are called good. A restoration of all things will have occurred following the apostasy, called The Renaissance, and God’s word (mostly intact) will be preached to every nation by self-sacrificing missionaries. Worldly knowledge is predicted to increase during the age of incredible technology, and Israel will once again be its own nation, as Palestinians despise to this very day. Natural disasters will increase along with wars without sparing any lands. Wickedness, murders, and crimes among men will increase, and most people will stop believing in signs.
